They feature solid, heavy metal weight, flat pristine face planes, and a continuous solid side wall profile with zero hollow gaps, making them superior for close-up viewings in luxury hotel interiors.
Our specialized 2pac (two-pack) paint finish combines high-solids acrylic urethane with a chemical hardening catalyst. Once applied and baked onto the solid aluminium cylinder substrate, it forms an extremely tough, glass-smooth shell that resists deep scratches, color-fading, and chemical cleaning sprays. This process ensures your exact corporate or hotel PMS color scheme remains pristine and free from chalking under heavy foot traffic.
No hazard at all. Threaded mounting bosses are machined directly into the rear backs of the solid metal characters. Threaded metal pins screw into these points and lock into discrete clear clips anchored directly to the drywall base. This holds the solid letters 5mm to 15mm forward from your wall fascia, distributing the weight evenly across multiple points while allowing ambient corridor ceiling lights to cast sharp, elegant drop shadows underneath.
Raw brass naturally oxidizes and forms a dark, antique greenish-brown patina when exposed to moisture and coastal salt air.
