Artwork Setup Guide

Ensure Pixel-Perfect Production & Fast Turnarounds. 

To maintain our industry-leading quality controls and guarantee flawless print execution, all files submitted to SpacePro must meet our standard prepress requirements. Properly prepared vector art and high-resolution layouts prevent manufacturing delays and ensure your brand colors display exactly as intended.

Please review our general artwork specifications and product-specific guidelines before uploading your project files.

  1. All artwork must be supplied as a high-resolution, print-ready PDF file.
  2. Files must be set up in CMYK or utilize verified Pantone (PMS) codes. Always convert RGB elements to CMYK to prevent unexpected shifting in color saturation during printing.
  3. To eliminate missing font issues or text reflow glitches, all text must be outlined or converted to paths/curves before exporting your final PDF.
  4. All raster images and design elements must be fully embedded into the document. Please supply artwork with no trim, crop, or registration marks unless explicitly requested by a product page.
  5. For large-format prints, artwork should be supplied at 100%, 50%, 25%, or 10% of the final physical scale. Maintaining the correct structural proportion is critical to preventing layout distortion during prepress scaling.
  6. All photographic or raster images within the layout must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi or better at full output scale to guarantee crisp, sharp graphic rendering.
