2. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
- Proprietary Content: All content displayed on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, brand assets, UI/UX designs, CAD layouts, technical dielines, and product photography—is the exclusive intellectual property of SpacePro and is protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
- No Unauthorized Use: Users, clients, and competitors are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering any layout templates, 3D Sign configurations, or SEG Lightbox frame profiles without prior written consent from our corporate management.
- Client Data Security: We act in absolute good faith to protect all custom architectural blueprints, proprietary vector artwork, and client-submitted project files. All proprietary client files remain confidential and are used solely for the fulfillment of the specific client order.
3. Pre-Production, Proofing & Structural Sign-offs
- The Double-Audit Blueprint Rule: To eliminate cross-border formatting and translation errors, SpacePro enforces a mandatory two-man engineering and text audit on every 1:1 technical layout proof.
- Client Sign-off Finality: Manufacturing will not commence on the factory floor until the client provides a formal digital signature approving the 1:1 blueprint. Once signed off, the client assumes full responsibility for layout accuracy, layout dimensions, and English spelling verifications.
- Artwork Compliance: It is the client’s responsibility to supply print-ready artwork matching the technical specifications outlined in our Artwork Setup Guide (CMYK/Pantone color modes, outlined fonts, embedded links, and proper proportions). SpacePro is not liable for structural delays or output defects resulting from substandard file submission.
4. Manufacturing Controls & Compliance Standards
- Electrical Safety Standards: SpacePro enforces a zero-compromise policy regarding electrical component integrity. Every illuminated 3D Sign and SEG Lightbox manufactured by our company utilizes genuine international branded power drivers as its universal standard.
- Local Compliance Certification: We guarantee that all internal lighting modules and power units are engineered to match destination-country standards. All components carry full SAA and C-Tick compliance for Australia and New Zealand, UL/cUL certification for North America, and CE/RoHS compliance for Europe.
- The 4-Hour Live Testing Standard: To intercept potential defects before cargo leaves our facility, all illuminated products are subjected to a mandatory 4-hour continuous live aging and quality control inspection cycle on our shop floor.
5. Shipping, International Logistics & Job-Site Delivery
- Direct-to-Site (D2S) Freight: We offer fully tracked, palletized international freight dispatched directly to your designated commercial job site, retail center, or exhibition venue.
- Customs-Ready Packing: All heavy-duty export wooden crates are custom-built with integrated quick-release metal hinges and latches, allowing international customs officers to conduct non-destructive inspections without compromising the safety of the cargo.
