We are committed to delivering unmatched value without compromising on component integrity. If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible competitor on an identical stocked commercial display or signage profile, we will not only match it—we will try our best to beat it by 10%.

Terms & Conditions

To maintain our industry-leading production controls and premium component quality, all price guarantee requests must meet the following criteria:

  1. Identical & Detailed Specifications (Including Custom-Made Items)
  • The competitor’s product must be identical in brand, physical dimensions, structural thickness, and material composition (e.g., exact matching acrylic profiles or stainless steel grades).
  • For custom-made products, the competitor’s quote or documentation must show clearly detailed, identical specifications (materials, sizing, and structural parameters).
  • Partial Comparisons: We accept comparisons for individual, partial items within a larger multi-item quote, provided those specific items are quoted independently with their own clear, itemised pricing and specifications.
  1. Verified Compliance & Driver Quality
  • For illuminated products (such as 3D Signs and SEG Lightboxes), the competitor’s unit must use high-specification, branded electrical components.
  • We strictly require a premium 12V–24V DC SAA and C-Tick certified Meanwell Transformer (fully compliant with Australian Signage Standards, with UL/cUL and CE/RoHS certified profiles available for international export). We will not match or beat prices based on uncertified, generic, or unbranded electrical hardware.
  1. Base Product Cost Only (Excluding Freight & Installation)
  • The price guarantee applies strictly to the base product cost.
  • It excludes specialized logistics, express air-freight surcharges, custom project handling, or site-specific installation fees.
  1. Commercial Availability & Proof
  • The item must be currently available for immediate purchase from a legally registered competitor.
  • You must provide written quotes or live website links as proof. We do not match liquidation sales, clearance items, or auction site listings.
