The base tiles (500x500mm) feature integrated double-layer wire channels directly beneath the surface. They allow electricity cables, LAN/internet cords, air hoses, and water lines up to 25mm thick to run freely across the floor without any top-surface clutter. Cables can exit cleanly through designated cable ports anywhere in your booth setup.

Assembly is completely tool-free! The tiles utilize a self-locking clicker connection where clips simply push into place. A single person can assemble 1m² (4 tiles) in under a minute. To disassemble, you simply lift a tile slightly with a standard flathead screwdriver or lifting key to release the self-locking clicker mechanism.

The platform supports up to 3,000kg/m². This heavy-duty load capacity makes it suitable for high-traffic public venues, heavy trade show equipment, display furniture, and even full-sized automotive/vehicle displays.

The floor tiles use interchangeable cover plates. You can select high-definition UV-printed plates that realistically mirror textures like wood, marble, granite, cement, or metal. Alternatively, you can use transparent PC (polycarbonate) cover plates to place promotional graphics underneath, or opt for compatible carpet tiles. Surface plates include a wear-resistant, anti-scratch coating for long-term reuse.

Yes! While the standard 30mm base works on flat grounds, we also offer the 60mm Height-Adjustable Modular System. This system features fine-tuning height adjustments ranging from 1-18mm, allowing you to level out uneven exhibition hall floors effortlessly.

Absolutely. We offer both standard ABS sloped edges and extruded aluminum ramp profiles (45 ° 80 ° or 90 ° or 150 °) designed to create a smooth, wheelchair-friendly transition from the venue floor to your booth. Select edge models include built-in channels for continuous LED light strips to give your stand a modern, luminous perimeter.
