Acrylic Engraved Curved LED Neon Letters are precision CNC-machined from a solid block of 15mm–25mm cast acrylic. A physical canal is carved directly into the acrylic structure to encapsulate the LED light source flawlessly. This structural housing guarantees perfectly crisp angles, prevents warping, provides uniform light diffusion, and eliminates hotspots or tracking failures.

Because the main body is carved out of thick solid acrylic, light naturally wants to scatter in all directions. To focus the light and mimic the look of traditional neon glass tubes, a professional “side block-out” treatment is applied. The outer vertical returns of the acrylic characters are sealed and painted using a multi-layer 2pac automotive coat or opaque masking. This blocks light from bleeding sideways, forcing 100% of the lumen output through the smooth, polished front face for a high-contrast 3D neon effect.

The solid engraved acrylic body is deeply glue-sealed against its heavy metal or ABS base.
